HOW IT WORKS?
1. Booking is only confirmed once a payment is received.
2. Fill the detail list we send you to confirm all details. (for customized order)
3. We will send photo to get your approval after finish. In this stage, we will adjust if we did not make as your original requirement. It will be extra charge and few working day if you change your idea while we nearly finish or finish the topper already.
4. We will pack it with care and ship to you address.
Note: All are handmade so the detail will be slightly different if remade. The color might be a bit different depending on the screen. After that, the product is carefully handled and packed for sending to your address.
TURNAROUND TIME
This handmade cake topper take around 10 weeks for making and delivery, it might take longer depend on the details of your topper or the amount of orders we have before your. But occasionally we have space for rush order. Please let us know the time you neeed it by and we will check our schedule for you.
