1. Booking is only confirmed once a payment is received.
2. After purchased, please send a photo of your ACNL/ACNH characters in a pose/outfit/hairstyle you prefer because the wood wedding cake topper will be same as your character.
Note: the clear picture will get the clear product. The low quality/ resolution pic will cause a blurry engraved wood topper. If you are not sure about the photo quality, please contact us first.
3. We will send a preview to get your approval first. At this stage, we will adjust as your customization (up to 3 changes)
4. Then we will engrave the topper and no additional adjustment/change after this.
5. We will pack it with care and ship it to your address.
Note: The extra details such as bouquet, flute,. Or any extra accessories might cost a small extra charge.
Every topper is handmade and wood's patterns differ so every topper is unique and different from the product listing.
Turnaround Time
This handmade cake topper takes around 8 weeks for making and delivery, it might take longer depending on the details of your topper or the amount of orders we have before yours. But occasionally we have space for rush orders. There is an additional fee for all rush orders. Please let us know the time you need the topper by.
